Presidential candidate Ron Paul ventured to guess that the Supreme Court will end up finding President Obama’s health-care legislation constitutional. “But that is a big guess out of thin air,” he clarified on Bloomberg TV on Monday. “This Supreme Court is slightly better than the past, [but] they haven’t done a real good job in defending the free market and the original intent of the interstate Commerce Clause.” He also added, “This would be a real tragedy if they ... support this law.”
