Just about everyone agrees, Mitt Romney will be the Republican nominee for president. According to a Pew research center poll, almost 75 percent of Republicans and right-leaning voters are confident that Mittens will score the nomination, as are 64 percent of Democrats. Exhaustion with the GOP primary is also spread across party lines. Sixty-three percent of Democrats and 47 percent of Republicans believe that the ongoing race is making the Republican Party look bad and that it should end immediately, if not sooner.
