Joe Biden doesn't exactly seem like the kind of guy who's afraid to speak his mind. Yet, the Mitt Romney campaign thought it would be hilarious to launch a fake Twitter account, to "imagine if VP Biden decided to cut loose and tweeted what he really thought." @JoeBiden2008 has tweeted thrice thus far, reminding its 128 followers that Biden, as a presidential candidate, questioned then-competitor Obama's experience; suggesting that Joe wishes Hillary had his job; and asking if 30 percent is a good enough chance that he and the president "will get things done."
