President Obama is slated to make a policy speech in Cleveland on Thursday that will point out the flaws in Mitt Romney’s own economic plan. For his part Obama will reiterate the economic proposals he’s already made clear, including boosting funding for infrastructure ventures, for hiring more teachers, and to give tax breaks to small-business owners who are willing to hire more workers.
