George W. Bush may have turned down Mitt Romney's invitation to the GOP convention in Tampa, but the former president isn't completely snubbing the presumptive Republican nominee—or at least not his campaign. W and former first lady Laura paid a visit to the Romney campaign's Boston headquarters Monday to address staffers, but Romney wasn't around. Mitt was in Southern California when the Bushes arrived in Boston. While Bush has expressed support for Mitt, he's done almost all he can to keep himself out of politics since his exit from the White House.
