Once again courting the young vote, Barack Obama attacked rival Mitt Romney on the campaign trail Tuesday, telling an audience at the Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno that the Republican candidate was oblivious to the reality and burden of paying for college. His proposed education policies, Obama says, amount to little more than “shop around” for the best deal or “borrow more money from your parents if you have to.” The speech followed earlier statements he made at Ohio’s Capital University: “Not everybody has parents who have the money to lend. That may be news to some folks.”
