Who knew that Justin Bieber’s car chase case would involve lofty legal questions? A photographer charged with chasing Bieber down a Los Angeles freeway got a little relief Wednesday when a judge ruled the statute that helped charge him was unconstitutional. The law bans photographers from driving recklessly to grab a picture of a celebrity. During the July incident, witnesses saw the cars flying by at speeds close to 100 mph. Two of the four criminal counts against photographer Paul Raef have now been dropped because the judge felt the law suppressed the media. The L.A. City Attorney will likely appeal the ruling.
