It's not over, Lance. The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Lance Armstrong on Tuesday, seeking triple damages against the cyclist, saying he was "unjustly enriched" and undeserving of the payments received from the United States Postal Service. The USPS paid nearly $40 million to sponsor Armstrong's team during six of the seven Tour de France races. The suit will need to prove the Postal Service was damaged by his cheating.
