Oscar winner Sir Anthony Hopkins wrote a letter to the Breaking Bad star after binge-watching the whole series in two weeks, telling Cranston “your performance as Walter White is best acting I have seen—ever.” “I have never watched anything like [Breaking Bad],” Hopkins wrote. “Brilliant!” And it’s real, folks: a spokesman for Hopkins confirmed the letter’s authenticity.
