Abu Anas al-Liby, the Libyan man the U.S. kidnapped from Libya last week and accused of being responsible for a 1998 attack on two U.S. embassies in Africa, arrived in New York, where he could be arraigned as early as Tuesday. Initially, investigators believed al-Libys would be held at sea for some time while interrogators debriefed him, but he required specialized medical attention (Al-Liby's wife told The Daily Beast that he has Hepatitis C). Al-Liby and his family have maintained his innocence in the attacks on the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, which killed 225 people.
