He's back! Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was apparently caught in a Jamaican-accented intoxicated rant against Police Chief Bill Blair at fast-food restaurant early Tuesday morning. He seemed to call Blair a "c----sucker" and complained about the money spent during police surveillance of him and a friend. Ford admitted to being drunk in the video later Tuesday, saying, "What I do in my personal life and with my personal friends, that's up to me." His brother, Councilman Doug Ford, meanwhile, says it is not a recent video.
