A federal court ruled Wednesday that Google must take down the world's most controversial video, "Innocence of Muslims," because it violates an actress's rights. Cindy Lee Garcia says she was duped into appearing in the film and now recieves death threats because of it. Garcia sued Google, the parent company of YouTube, saying she retains the copyright protection to her work because she was misled. By retaining the right to her work, she can have it removed from the public domain. Google argued this was pointless because the video has been endlessly circulated already.
