Four gay couples from Indiana are taking the state to court in an attempt to get licenses issued for same-sex marriages and gain recognition for marriages done out of state. The lawsuit, filed Friday, requests the an overturn of Indiana's Defense of Marriage Act, following multiple recent rulings along similar veins in states from Texas to Kentucky. "How long do you wait before you decide 'I think I'd like to stand up for myself'?" one of the plantiffs asked.
