Republican David Jolly beat Democrat Alex Sink 48.5 percent to 46.6 percent Tuesday night in a special election for Florida’s 13th congressional district. The race saw eye-popping gobs of money spent in a short period of time with Republican groups spending $5 million, and Democratic ones nearly $4 million. Most of the attacks on Sink focused on her support of the Obamacare. Jolly, a former lobbyist, will replace Republican Bill Young, who died in October after over four decades in the House.
