Although ten people have been rescued, 15 are still missing after an Indonesian tourist boat sank early on Saturday. Five Indonesian crew members and at least ten foreign tourists are yet to be accounted for following an accident believed to be caused by stormy weather. "The incident took place... when the boat hit a reef and sank,” an official said, adding "Fishermen managed to rescue five of them alive later at night on Saturday, and five other foreigners were rescued by a sailing boat." Some of the surviving passengers have been hospitalized, though their injuries have not yet been disclosed. The tourists were from all over the world, including the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, and New Zealand. The boat was traveling between Lombok and the Komodo islands. Migrant boats often suffer accidents traveling through this archipelago, but it is rare for tourist voyages.
