More than 30 teenagers escaped from a youth detention center in Nashville late Monday night. As of Tuesday, only 15 of the 32 teens had been apprehended. The teens, ages 14 to 19, managed to escape the Woodland Hills Youth Detention Center during a shift change at around 11 p.m. Tennessee Department of Children’s Services spokesman Rob Johnson said the teens held at this detention center had committed at least three felonies. He also said he did not know whether the escape was planned or spontaneous. In total, there were 78 teens at the detention center.
