An individual using the Twitter account @thesusannichols tweeted at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, “I know someone sitting on the grand jury of this case There isn’t enough at this point to warrant an arrest.” Now, St. Louis County prosecutors are investigating whether or not this means there is a leak from the grand jury. Prosecuting Attorney Robert P. McCulloch said, however, “I’d be shocked if a member of the grand jury said anything.” The account was deleted shortly after the tweet was posted.
