A scoreless game into the fourth inning quickly turned into a rout when Brandon Crawford of the San Francisco Giants hit a grand slam. That would be all pitcher Madison Bumgarner would need, as he struck out 10 and only allowed four hits for a complete-game shutout against the Pirates. The Giants would go on to score eight runs total, and will now face the Washington Nationals in the division series on Friday.
