Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff will face her centrist rival, Aecio Neves, in run-off for the presidency, exit polls suggest. Those polls report that Rousseff got 40 percent of the vote while Neves won 30 percent. Rousseff has led Brazil from the helm of the center-left Workers' Party for the last 12 years, while Neves comes from the centrist party that governed prior to that. The race is the closest in decades, and since Brazil uses an electronic voting system, final results for the first round should be known shortly. The issues in the race include a slowdown in Brazil's rapid economic growth, as well as perceived corrupt meddling with state-run companies. More than 142 million Brazilians voted.
