Melissa Robitille and her boyfriend, Walter Richter III, were arrested by Vermont State Police on Tuesday on charges of second-degree murder. Police are accusing Robitille and Richter of killing her 13-year-old son Isaac Robitille by putting alcohol in his IV. The boy had serious medical conditions that required caretakers, feeding tubes, and IVs to keep him alive. The toxicology report found his blood alcohol content to be 0.146 percent.
