One of the 12 “Jane Does” who testified against Bill Cosby in a 2005 civil rape case revealed herself in an interview with the New York Post. Donna Motsinger, 73, was Jane Doe No. 8 in the lawsuit and said she was drugged and raped 43 years ago. When asked why she is speaking up now, Motsinger said, “I feel guilty not telling my story. I’m a coward over here. Those women are brave. It’s the least I can do. I want to tell people so [the victims] can’t be bullied, so they can’t be discredited.” Motsinger testified in a suit filed by former Temple University athletics director Andrea Constand, who settled out of court in 2006. Motsinger says Cosby drugged and raped her while she was a waitress in a jazz club in 1971.
