Apple doesn’t just want to be in your pocket. The tech giant has been covertly working on an electric car that could launch as soon as 2020, according to a Bloomberg report. Based on that timeline, Apple is looking to compete with Tesla Motors and General Motors, which are aiming to roll out their own new electronic vehicles by 2017. Tesla CEO Elon Musk told Bloomberg that Apple was trying to poach some of his employees with $250,000 signing bonuses and 60 percent salary increases. According to the report, Apple already has a team of 200 working on its car.
