March only the U.S. economy add only 126,000 jobs, falling far short of projected gains of 248,000. While the unemployment rate will stay at 5.5 percent, March marks the lowest monthly job increase in more than a year a year. Bad weather and oil industry layoffs are being blamed for the dip.
