Three middle-school students in Denver have been taken into custody after multiple handguns and a smoke device were found. A fellow student notified school officials at Skinner Middle School of suspicious activity and the school was placed on a brief lockdown Friday morning. A heavy police presence was called to the scene. It is unclear how much ammunition the students had, if any.
