On Wednesday, Google unveiled its new wireless service, called Project Fi, which offers pay-as-you-go data and promises to refund money for any data not used. The service costs $20 a month, plus $10 for every gigabyte of data. It functions as a mobile virtual network, which means it leases network resources from Sprint and T-Mobile. At the moment, the service is limited to one smartphone, however: Google's own Nexus 6.
