L.A. Cops Shoot Graffiti-Spraying Teen

A Long Beach 19-year-old is in critical condition after being shot multiple times by police, a spokesperson said. According to Sergeant Megan Zabel, police were responding to a complaint about trespassers tagging an empty apartment when cops shot the man. It's not clear how many bullets were fired, and both the Long Beach PD and the attorney general's office are investigating what happened.
