A magnitude 4.0 earthquake rattled Concord, California on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The quake was felt across San Francisco’s East Bay, peninsula, and parts of South Bay area, while three other, smaller temblors were also reported in the area, according to USGS. The quake hit at about 3:13 p.m. PT at a depth of 8.7 miles.
