Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee announced his plans to seek the Democratic presidential nominaton in a Wednesday speech at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. The 62-year-old former Republican took a shot at front-runner Hillary Clinton, noting that she voted for the Iraq War in 2002 and he did not. The former mayor, governor, and senator will also face Democratic candidates Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley.
