Garrison Keillor, the longtime host and creator of the popular radio show "A Prairie Home Companion," said he's bidding farewell to the fictional Minnesota town of Lake Wobegon next season. Keillor said Monday musician Chris Thile, who is a member of the Punch Brothers and Nickel Creek, will succeed him full time as host in September 2016. "I have a lot of other things that I want to do. I mean, nobody retires anymore. Writers never retire. But this is my last season. This tour this summer is the farewell tour," the 72-year-old said.
