Hungary implemented tough new immigration laws and border controls Tuesday, in an effort to keep refugees out of the country. Now, those caught trying to cross a 109-mile fence on the Serbian border will be arrested. The country said it plans to station police about 100 feet apart along the border as desperate refugees continue to cut holes in the barrier. Meanwhile, the Hungarian authorities have been chartering trains in an effort to move refugees on to Austria, and many countries in Europe have reintroduced border controls in response to the migration crisis.
