A jury convicted Harold Henthorn of first-degree murder Monday who was accused of pushing his wife off a cliff in Denver. Henthorn's wife died in Rocky Mountain National Park three years ago. A federal prosecutor argued Friday that Henthorn pushed her off in order to collect $4.7 million in life insurance. He had also allegedly marked a spot in the park with an "X" where she fell and scouted the location nine separate times before day of the event.
