Feds: Fox News Guest Lied About CIA Job

Wayne Simmons, a frequent Fox News on-air guest, was arrested and charged with making false statements for erroneously claiming that he was a part of a special operations group in the CIA. He wrote on his website and on official government documents that he led covert operations against a host of cartels and drug smugglers. Not all of what he said was fabricated, but a particular detail about having worked in Outside Paramilitary Special Operations for the CIA was false. Simmons is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
