A suspect at the University of California-Merced was fatally shot Wednesday morning after stabbing five students on campus. According to KCRA-TV, the incident occurred around 8 a.m. PT in a building full of classrooms and administrative offices. Two victims were reportedly airlifted to a local hospital.
