All nine people on board a private charter jet were killed after the plane crashed into an Akron, Ohio, apartment building on Tuesday. Officials said no one survived the crash, but declined to say how many people were aboard the Hawker 800 corporate jet. The owner of the plane, Augusto Lewkowicz, confirmed to the Akron Beacon Journal that nine people were on board. Lewkowicz declined to release the names of the seven passengers and two crew members. The flight was chartered by Florida company Execuflight. No one was believed to have been inside the building and there were no reports of casualties on the ground.
