Following a norovirus outbreak at a Chipotle branch, the fast-food chain has been servied with a federal subpoena in a criminal investigation into the incident. The order requires the company to provide officials at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California with documents tied to the store in Simi Valley. The restaurant was also hit by an E. coli outbreak in October and November, followed by another norovirus outbreak in Boston.
