Hawaii has declared a state of emergency in order to fight mosquito-bornes illnesses including the zika virus and dengue fever. There have been more than 250 cases of dengue fever on Hawaii's Big Island and now there's concern that the same mosquitos transmitting this illness may carry zika as well.
