David Alan Grier joked Thursday that he's been cast as the first black Colonel Sanders for KFC’s new string of ads featuring comedians playing the chain’s iconic founder. The fried chicken joint’s new series of ads began last spring with Saturday Night Live alum Darrell Hammond portraying the white shirt- and string-tie-wearing pitchman. He was later replaced by Norm Macdonald, who was then replaced by Jim Gaffigan.
