Florida Governor Rick Scott on Friday signed a law that cuts funding for preventive care to clinics that provide abortions. State law already prohibits government funding for abortions. In response, Planned Parenthood said that this move could mean the end of birth control, cancer screenings, tests for diseases, and other services for low-income women living in Florida.
