During an appearance on "The Nightly Show" with Larry Wilmore, Bernie Sanders said that the Democratic primary schedule is not entirely fair. "I think that having so many Southern states go first kind of distorts reality," he said. Sanders has consistently lost these contests to Hillary Clinton and has bolstered his wins after the campaign moved on to eastern and northern contests. “Since we got out of the South we’re doing pretty well," Sanders said.
