Michigan Governor Rick Snyder visited a home in Flint on Monday and drank the tap water, after which he promised to do so for the next 30 days to prove it’s safe. He also said his wife is on board with the plan. Snyder has been held liable for inaction on the problem after the water was first contaminated with lead in April 2014.
