Police have made what is believed to be the largest gang takedown in the history of New York City, The New York Times reported. Officers arrested 120 people Wednesday, half of whom were allegedly participating in 2Fly YGz, a chapter of the Young Gunnaz, which is said to operate across the nation. The Times called 2Fly and others “murderous drug gangs.” Many of the others arrested belonged to rival gang Big Money Bosses, which reportedly caused the 2009 murder of 92-year-old Sadie Mitchell. She was killed in her home by a stray bullet.
