Ida Keeling set a world record for centenarian women at the Penn Relays this weekend for the 100-meter dash, completing it in one minute and 17.33 seconds. Keeling, who will turn 101 in several weeks, reportedly did a push-up to celebrate her achievement. “Love yourself, do what you have to do and what you want to do,” Keeling said. “Eat for nutrition, not for taste. And exercise at least once a day.”
