A Pennsylvania judge has granted convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky an appeals hearing to try to prove that his prosecutors lied and withheld evidence in order to find additional victims in the case. The hearing is set for May 20 and would allow the defense to try to get charges dismissed against Sandusky. The appeal could hinge on a particular testimony from former Penn State assistant Mike McQueary.
