FBI Director James Comey will speak at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday following news that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton was interviewed by the agency for more than three hours Saturday. Officials have not disclosed what Comey will address when he speaks from FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. He will speak for 15 minutes and will not take any questions.
