3 Injured in Baton Rouge Shooting

Police in Baton Rouge are investigating a shooting that injured three people Thursday afternoon just a few blocks from where Alton Sterling was shot dead earlier in the week. Three people were taken to a hospital after the shooting at North 46th Street and Gus Young Avenue, according to local media reports. Police say the shooting took place after two men got into an altercation. It is not clear at this time if there was any connection to Sterling, who was killed by police while on the ground in front of a convenience store in the area.
