Hafiz Saeed Khan, the leader of ISIS operations in Afghanistan and Pakistan was killed in a U.S. drone strike on July 26, Afghan and U.S. officials report. Khan, also suspected of engineering a 2008 terror attack that left 165 dead in Mumbai, was reportedly killed along with 23 high-ranking ISIS officials. Khan was also reported dead last year, but the unconfirmed reports turned out false.
