2 Police Officers Shot During Traffic Stop in Georgia

Two police officers were shot during a routine traffic stop in Georgia on Monday night, prompting a manhunt. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said the officers from the Lavonia Police Department made a traffic stop off Interstate 85 before being fired at by the person in the vehicle, identified as a 22-year-old South Carolina resident by local media.
