Cholera has broken out at the world’s largest refugee camp in Kenya, where millions have fled from the insurgent violence in Somalia. It’s believed to have been introduced by a newcomer, and has spread to at least 60 others. One death has been reported so far. Aid operations at the camp have been scaled back since the abduction of two aid workers, which Kenya has blamed on the Somali militant group Al-Shabab.
