Christina Aguilera has filed for divorce from her husband of five years, Jordan Bratman, a music executive. Citing “irreconcilable differences,” Aguilera is asking the judge for joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old son, Max, and to revoke Bratman’s claim to child support. Further, the pop star wants her earnings from before, during, and after the couple’s separation to be considered separate property. Bratman and Aguilera have been separated since September 11, 2010.
