Gang violence isn't Chuck E. Cheese's only recent headache: The restaurant is recalling 1.2 million toy rings and eyeglasses because children could potentially swallow parts of them, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday. The plastic toys could break, revealing the small batteries inside that could cause damage to the stomach, intestines or esophagus. Two children broke the toys to get at the batteries; one ingested it while the other stuck it in his nose. No incidents have been reported involving the glasses.
